We offer career opportunities in the following departments:   Collections: Looking for experienced third party collectors. Collectors must be self-motivated and have the ability to adapt to an aggressive collection philosophy while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. All collectors will be required to follow and adhere to all State and Federal collection laws.   Customer Relations: Dedication to providing outstanding customer satisfaction at all times. Will require patience and understanding as well as creative problem solving to find the best solution for each individual client   Sales Department: Will require self-reliance and dedication to achieving objectives. Both inside and outside sales positions will require self-generation. We are looking for those individuals that can professionally represent Action Recovery System, Inc.. Must have excellent relationship building skills.   Business Coordinators: Looking for those that can be a positive first contact with potential clients. Must be able to professionally contact and communicate with business owners. BC’s will be responsible for setting qualified appointments for the sales department.
